    Cycle/General Info

    Age 28
    201 LBS
    15% BF
    2 Cycles

    I have not worked out in 2 years, thats a long story but now Iam back! I have remained in OK shape but Iam looking to get back to how I was long long ago. I was thinking on running the below mentioned cycle and was looking for suggestions and/or opinions. I want to gain size and loose some of this fat that has managed to grow on me while I was inactive in the gym. I know that my diet will be key in everything.

    WK 1-12 400mg EQ.
    WK 1-12 500mg EN.

    Iam unclear on how to use anti-e's, the person who I obtained all of my gear from told me that there was no need for them if you taylored your self off of the gear, by this he ment you slowly bring your self off be reducing the ammount which you injected until you were totally off.

    Can someone please explain to me or direct me in the right direction in how to obtain this information?

    2 months, just long enough to be over the initial shock of being out of shape, back to my old routine lacking stamina, need more cardio!!

    That cycle sounds ok.Its basic and simple which is good cause you can see what works for you.

    I ran this same cycle about 3 years ago and had good results, I also used anadrol 50 mg per day for three weeks.

    the person who you obtained your gear from is talking crap mate...you will need pct at the end of your cycle...i suggest that you run a search on post course therapy............

    my first cycle was:
    d-bol 50mg per day (3 weeks) d-bol is the shit
    Deca 300mg per week for 10 weeks

    Second cycle was:
    WK 1-12 400mg EQ.
    WK 1-12 500mg EN.

    but for weeks 9-12 I slowly decreased the ammount I injected, Iam glad that I did not get titts out of my last cycle, Thanks for the hook up on pct. This website kicks ass, alot of great information.

    tapering dosages is assanine.. bring about a flux in blood levels inducing more sides. i.e. "RETARDED".

    another thing i would like to point out is both of your previous cycles were poorly planned but thats ok its in the past u can research and compose a proper/greater cycle with a lil time and patiance.
    firstly you must understand that 2months is not ample time to starting using gear. your just robbing your self of easy gains via natty training.

    train for atleast a year SOLID natty then if u can DO THAT w/o slacking i feel you would have earnd the right to use AAS. if you can not do such a task then gear is not meant for you. 2ndly if u can not maintain gains natty then how on earth are you going to hold onto them after a cycle?

    When I began working out my wieght was 165 LBS it took me 3 years of training with the aid of those two cycles to reach my max weight of 210 LBS.

    Then it happened, the W word (WIFE), I chose her over the gym..I was powerless over good food and great P#$$Y

    I retained alot of strenght, I never stopped going to the gym completely, mabey twice a month in the gym for me.

    Now Iam back on track. Hitting the gym hard, eating right, resting properly.

    good job man.. the gym is always more important than a life or family..lol


    Not sure if anyone else noticed but maybe I am wrong, shouldn't the EQ be run a week shorter than the Test E? thats how I have always done it and been told to do it.
    would it not be better to do this
    wk 1-14 500 Enanthate
    wk 1-13 400 EQ

    PCT two weeks after last Enanthate shot

    OMS
