winny life span...25mgED or 50mgEOD?

Iam currently running eq and winny and came across a post that said winny has only a 8 hr life span.if this is true,then iam thinking of running 50mg/ED spliting the doses 25mg in morning,then 25mg in the pm.sound right?

IMO if you take it every 12 hour's you should be fine

i want to end up taking 50mg ed.i was just caught up on the 8hr life span.i didnt want to ruin a cycle.
