First post altogether, as a matter of fact. I'm 25, 5'10'' 183 11%bf, have been working out for 4 years and feel it's time to try breaking the plateau. I have researched and researched and I think I'm about ready to run my first cycle. My question is: if one must run Test while running Deca to avoid sides, but one can run Test by itself, why bother with Deca at all? What's the advantage? Also, should I forgo Deca for EQ? Lots of what I've read suggests so.
