    Dbol 40mg a day

    Hello I am new here and I have a question.

    I am currently on my 5th day of dbol doing 40mg a day. I am doing letro while on the cycle and my PCT is going to include Liquid-Dex, Nolvadexx, and Clen.
    Is 40 mg for a 1 month cycle good enough to see good gains, and when should I be seeing these gains? My diet is good and I train 5 days a week.

    d-bol only cycles seem to be a big no no. Lots of people believe the gains our hard to keep. Most recommend a test e or c starter cycle. I would hit pct and recover and start a new more planned out cycle after you make sure your diet and training is 100% in check

    I believe that 100% but some do ok. If you check out the profile section anthony Roberts first cycle was a d-bol only kept like half. I think its a sh$t cycle so I advised him to stop but nothing is written in stone but I agree 100% gains will most likely be lost and its a horrible cycle

    why don't u do test, and use d-bol as a kick start. I personally hate d-bol, it makes retain so much water (and everone knows i am on AS with d-bol). lots of my buddies do it, but for me it does not produce quality gians. it just makes you look big for the time you are on it.

    My advice is to do a search for d-bol only cycles and you will see what people think of that cycle. I'll save you some time though.

    98% of the members of this site will tell you dbol only is a bad idea and I would agree. You really should stop the cycle and get some test e.

    Do some research on this site, in about a week you'll have a lot of questions about AAS answered and you may have some more questions, but at least you'll be a little more educated about it.

    But DBOL only for a first cycle, is not the greatest idea. You will def. notice strength and size gains, but as soon as your done you'll be back where you started.

    aye lad, drop the idea of a dbol only cycle, your not going to keep all yer gains, most of that will be water retention and you will end up feelin unhappy with yourself.

    start reading about a nice Test E or Test C only cycle to start

    i've been wondering on this issue quite a time. as far as we know the gains one keeps after the cycle depend on the pct. right? so you think he won't be able to keep his gains from d-bol with a good pct, but with the same pct after a test e cycle he will be ok? please elaborate on this

    D-bol produces alot of bloat so alot of the weight is water which disipates after cycle.

    I would never do a d-bol only cycle I see it as a waste. However very few things in aas are written in stone. I told him the same thing in my 1st post hit pct recover and start a more planned out cycle.

    i like quality muscles that stay, there are alot of great AS which can do that such as decca, trenbolne acetate, test e,c,p, sustanon. these will provide you with quality muscle, and with a good pct, you could keep about 80-90% of your gains (agian this is not for everyone, everbody reacts differntly)

    Dbol MUSCLE GAINS, are keepable if you know what your doing.....Just because the muscle gained is from dbol, does not mean it's going to just disapeer afterward......

    Your gains on a cycle are largely based on your diet. I'm not sure what your goals are physique wise, but I don't buy into the test every cycle way of thinking, although your gains would be better if you added testosterone during this cycle. I don't think you need that much dbol. I think 30mg would be plenty for a first cycle. And I don't think you need the adex for pct. I would wait on the clen as well.

    well i just weighed myself and it seems I have gained 5 lbs in less than 5 days of dbol, i know a few guys that were just on dbol and they have kept quite abit of their mass. As for bloating I dont feel bloated at all, maybe your not supposed to feel it?? I dunno im just gonna do this for a month and see how this goes

    i would consider your dbol only cycle as a waste of letro, lol. that shit aint cheap you know not to mention the other products your gonna be using for pct. i am not saying that you wont makes gains or keep em. i just think its not the most optimal cycle. get some test e or c and use the dbol as a kickstart is what i would do and suggest.

    SInce letro is in the equation, wouldn't that keep the bloat to an extreme minimum, and thus only reap dry gains from the cycle? i think with the water weight out of the picture you can keep the majority of your gains.

    all i got to say dbol is not the best choice for a starter cycle but it can be done thats for shore my mate got huge off the stuff he gained 30 pounds eating lots of foods and kept most of it. Allthough i could tell half of what he gained was water.
