Im looking for a new PWO pre mixed shake; and a couple of people have told me about this stuff.
I don't use the product myself, but it does make an excellent PWO shake due to the protein/carbohydrate ratio per serving. Most of the carbs are derived from complex carbs (maltodextrin), so yeah, it's a good PWO product. Taste good, lots of different flavors to choose from, and it's not too terribly expensive.Originally Posted by Mogamedogz

I love that stuff, i usally do 2 scoops of that, and 1 scoop of whey. (oppose to the 4 scoop serving size)
