    Cytogain for PWO shake

    Anyone use this stuff for their Post Workout Shake?? Pro's/Cons??

    Im looking for a new PWO pre mixed shake; and a couple of people have told me about this stuff.

    I don't use the product myself, but it does make an excellent PWO shake due to the protein/carbohydrate ratio per serving. Most of the carbs are derived from complex carbs (maltodextrin), so yeah, it's a good PWO product. Taste good, lots of different flavors to choose from, and it's not too terribly expensive.

    Thanks man. Ive always just drunk straight whey and mixed up oats. But because of a schedule change, I am now thinking about selecting a pre blended shake (for convienence sake).

    I love that stuff, i usally do 2 scoops of that, and 1 scoop of whey. (oppose to the 4 scoop serving size)
