I was doing dumbell press for shoulders and i did 2 nice warm up sets and my third one i went for a weight i could do about 10-12 times (a hardd 10-12) and im repping it out then when i got to 8 it started getting hard on my 9th rep i feel a pinch on the right side on the back of my neck and now i cant even turn my neck to the right side, it's hard to sleep too or doing anything...i dunno if i'll be able to do squats today![]()
