Alreet lads/lasses, hope you can give me a few ideas on how to get the best out of my training time.
Ive started kickboxing a couple of weeks ago on a monday and friday, im realy enjoying it!! im going to start a lesson called combat conditioning hopefully on a wednesday very soon, this will include circuit,interval training, bag work etc..
that leaves me with 2 days tue and thur for another type of traing, i.e weights, kettle bels...etc etc
Any suggestions, different ideas will be greatly appreciated.
