Hello,
Ive been working out for some time now, but never have really had a strict diet which i need now because im going on a cycle soon and want the max results.
Ive always tried to eat clean but never really looked into details of Protien, Carbs, Fats & Cals... etc
So now im going to start, can someone please try to guide me?
I will be using alot of supplements, should i write what im using here to get some proper info ?
My stats for now :
24 Years Old
6'0"
213 lb
BF ? I dont even know how to calculate this.
I did alot of reading and searching, happy with all the information i have found... but still would be happy to get some info directly adviced to me![]()
Thanks in advance, let me know what info i need to add to get some useful advice.
PS: Diet & Workout would be for loosing fat + Adding on some lean muscle
