    Need some Diet advice...

    Ok so i'm just checking to make sure my diet is in order for a bulk, this is my stats,

    Weight 84kg
    Height 5ft4 / 1.63m
    BF 13-15%
    Goal 90kg

    Diet

    Breakfast
    32g whey protein shake upon waking up

    45 min later(6:00am)
    10 boiled egg whites + 1 yolk
    1 1/2 cup oats

    Mid Morning
    500g+ Chicken Breast
    Flax seed oil

    30 min later Protein Bar

    Lunch
    300g+ Steak
    1 cup broccoli
    1/2 cup basmatti rice (varies on what body part i am working out on that day)

    Pre Workout Shake
    64g Whey PS

    Post Workout Shake
    50g protein - 100+ carbs
    1 x Banana
    hand full of almonds

    Dinner
    500g+ steak
    1 cup broccoli
    100g Cottage Cheese

    Before Bed
    64g whey protein in skim milk + 1tbls peanut butter

    Everything i have added in blue is what i have added to my diet in the past week

    500g of meat in one sitting!!! That's alot.. how do your macros work out bro?

    Yeah i been to 700g once just too see what it feels like and i'm pretty sure i can handle it after the bloating settle's lol,ummm bro i need help on calculating the macros,i think i'm getting between 4000-4500 calories

    get some slower protein for your bedtime meal..that whey will go quick!

    Yeah, i have the steak and cottage cheese about an hour and hour and a half before bed, i know steak takes up to 6 or 7 hours to digest as well as cottage cheese, so i have the whey and milk to basically slow down my digestion for that short period before i enter my deep sleep, i used to have Casein protein, but the stuff is too expensive now
