Thanks guys. I am probably just around 200...hopefully I can get to 210 by the weigh with the carbs,salt, and maybe creatine. Right before the weigh in I plan on drink approx 1/2 gallon of water and having a huge breakfast.
to late man...what you should have done is thought about this shit earlier. I would have went zero carbs for about a week straght.....did a full body workout, and eat like 1000 grams of carbs for 2-3 days straight.

I never heard that before but who knows...I just found a sample of cellmass in my room so i drank it and hopefully I will gain some more weight from that. I am thinking I can be over 210 for the weigh in with my clothes and stuff. In 3 months from now I hope to weigh in at 190, but I will need some help on how to deplete myself of all water.
go buy a 12 pack of budweiser and a pint of soco and have yourself a blast.. then hit up the diner at 3 am and get yourself some disco waffle fries with a cheeseburger and a large soda
