Anybody had any luck on adding lbm with min to no fat gain or still shedding body fat while keeping cals at maintanance
Finishing up my 16 week cut, will be down to 10% bf and wanna put on some lean mass while keeping fat to a min
Just dont wanna go backwards now, any thoughts would be appreciated or guys that have recomp'd on tren with success
My blast will look like this low test, higher tren
200mg test e/week
150mg tren a eod
.25 adex e3d
Prami on hand if needed
( not my first run with tren lol)
