Very hard to say. The amps look very much like some test suspension I'm looking at as far as the lettering. My amps don't have a manufacture date, just an expiration date. Also, my amps don't have the dot on the neck to indicate where to break open them amp. However, I have seen both in these products.
Always try to get the original packaging, because there are rumors of some fakes.
