    pharmacon test e 300 vial

    I got this vial of testosterone new and sealed. is testosterone enanthate 300 pharmacom labs. Once I noticed the rubber (oil seal) is not smooth as usual. the product is authentic by the verify code and the deadline is the end of 2017. is it normal? is it safe?
