    Some info on my results(local Show) and 8 weeks out for next one...

    I pposted in another thread and did not want to highjack.
    Show date was July 1st 2017. I posrted about jumping on Winny and Var about 4 weeks out.
    I have been on basic test and tren 400 test E and 450 Tren A. per week.

    At 4 weeks out I did tabs(50mg of Winny) and 50g or var. Then after a week went to 100 & 100 of each till day before show.

    Switched to prop 15 days prior to show (300mg/week) and lowered tren to 300. Dropped tren that Monday before stage day and ran the prop till Thursday. Cut all test but stayed on Winny and Var till Saturday(Show day)

    I did Sodium load till Thur and tapered by 3pm . Still drinking water 2 gallons.. I Struggled to get 3 in this time. I cut all water 11 am Friday(day before) and took diuretic ..... Sipped here on out...maybe 8oz till noon on Sat.

    Carbed up with white potato(tad of sour cream and brown sugar)
    Friday AM I was 219lb... 6 pm for weigh-ins I was 208.
    I was at 5% BF with 10lbs of Fat.

    Next show is Sept 29th. I want to get under 10lbs of fat.... even 9lb... But been struggling on diet... Just lost some Mojo.. But its a big group going(Team from Gym) only 3 body builders rest is ladies and guys doing Physique.

    Planning same test and supp plan as last unless some other advice here.

    Getting ready to jump on Winny and Var 6 weeks out starting out at 50mg each day then 4 weeks out 100mg each/ ED ??
    Got a new Dr. He wants me to take Anatrozole 3x a week vs I was doing it once until peak week. I took one pill(1mg) ED.
    also Ipamorelan and 300 test per week.

    Here are a few pics from July 1st....Trying to keep the post to cliff notes but will try to answer what questions or advice you all have.
    I placed a 1st and 2nd for mens open over 40 and Novice.

    I did just start an ECA stack yesterday. First time on this..so will track its progress.

    1. Consider the somewhat standard competition cycle of test/tren/mast/winny.

    2. 1MG of anastrazole ED seems like a huge over kill. Most run around .5mg EoD.

    3. Look into T3 or T4 and clen to aid in the additional fat loss during your cut. It might help you achieve that extra bit.

    first off, you look great! I prefer the EC stack over clen. I do not use aspirin because I read that it helps if you are overweight however if you are lean, it doesn't make a difference. Some people still take it for the blood thinning properties.

    You look good, the guy in black trunks is no where near as lean as you

    Update the

    here is my 2nd place pic. I lost to #3.. I'm #5

    He is my trainer Got me for hte most part on hamstrings. I did not practice posing those at all. I had the pose but not the hard hold to fire them off on the rear lat and rear bi spread.

    Thanks All!! Really its tuff to stay the course. I travel for work. Drive. I am in a hotel weekly eating out of a lunchbox. When I could be eating on the company. Something responsible of course. Chipotle, outback etc...
    I would like to bulk after this next show but I put on fat easy.. I was 205 on stage(Saturday) ....Monday 220.. By Thursday 240. Yes 240... Mostly water but still crazy.. Took me about 2 week this time to get back to normal. 230.. Where I have been hanging for the past 30 days.. Well 233 today. Need to get on point ASAP!!
    I'll diet to 220 then what ever dehydrate does from there. 206-210.

    Holy cats! That's alot of water! How far Out do you start the dehydration?

    The last 2 shows. I would sodium load till Thursday afternoon. Then cut sodium and keep drinking. I cut almost all water at 10am Friday. Did almost a gallon Friday am from 5am to 10am... Then cut... Only a few ounces till Saturday evening. pee it all out. I take some over the counter water pills. Not Expel or dryout... another brand. I will look up when I et home.. But pretty strong.. Pop 2 at 9am and be by a toilet in 1 hour...and stay close for the rest of the day...

    Friday afternoon eat about 2-3 oz of sweet and white potatos every 2-3 hours. Also have about 3oz of filet about 3 or 4am with more potato. I probrably really only ate about 8oz of potato.. Always was worried about my gut getting extended and losing the look.... Just a mental thing I suppose.

    All kind of different stuff behing stage... Guys eating McDonalds, Drinking lots of water....
    I would do 1 rice cake with some honey and Nutella 30 mins before getting on stage.

    Like I mentioned everybody doing some different stuff. I am trying to experiment each time... I know I pig out Sat night( Usually Mexican- Burrito and chips/Salsa) and wake up Jacked(Veiny) but do smooth out some from all the drinking and water holding on Sunday. So I say I should eat up more on Friday..but have chickened out...LOL
