    ATTENTION Sub-Forum for training/weight loss/cycle logs.......ect

    This is for members that want to keep track of a certain aspect's of their training/cycling and dont want it in the lounge or in somebody else's thread. I've had a hard time lately (may be age haha) of keeping track of what exercises/weights/reps that I did the week before or new idea's that I want to do the next time train that body part. We can keep a cycle log to keep track of progress and you can always reference back to a previous log to see what dosages and affects that cycle had on you.

    This will also help keep you motivated and consistent......we will be watching

    Good luck and hope to see some logs where members are making progress despite what level they are at.
