Still alive today and finally in recovery mode for whole body - nutrition and strength.
I can do 2 chair squats and I at this time (Jan 12) just chair exercises and they work for strength building and stretch out ligs and muscle slight growth . One surgery after another and just about a mth ago started to do all types of exercises . But at 66 to start a true lifting routine I am all in for now and need no gym. Kinda sad but I am doing mostly core and upper leg muscles so I can get in and out of chair , Get up off the ground , and walk normally. Not exciting but part of the adventure. Test Cyp , Super Test , Deca , Test Enanthnate , and starting on GH in about a week , Wish me luck and any starting from ground zero info much apperciated. OH , and all the pills almost all downers and other meds I never had to consider due to Pretty good Condition. 6 years of hell and finally walking kinda and moving as much as possible. PLEASE no need for the your to old to lift.
