No need to taper down. Replace the test enanthate with the test cypionate. If you're stating another cycle in 4 weeks after finishing this one, I suggest you stop, back up, and read.
There's little chance that you could come off cycle and run a successful PCT in 4 weeks

Test E and test are basically One in the same, cleave is a difference of a day or 2.
