The site seems to be down 50% of the time or more. Is it being maintained anymore or are we giving up? I hope not, there is a lot of information that can never truly be replaced.

I know and it is frustrating, it is being kept up to a degree as far as still being here... after many attacks and google kinda screwing us over we just float. So here we are... I will try to talk to Brian soon and see what options we have... as you said, it would be sad to lose the information here.
