Hey everyone,
I?m trying to improve the definition and size of my lower lats but struggling to find the most effective exercises that hit that area. Most back workouts I do seem to focus on overall lat development or the upper/mid part.
I?ve been researching and want to include more
lower lat exercises in my routine to specifically target that section. Does anyone have recommendations for specific moves or variations that emphasize the lower lats?
Also, tips on form or cues that help engage that section better would be awesome.
I?m open to both machine and free-weight exercises.
