    Deca question

My original question was posted in the new member section on accident so refer to that but basically I'm 56 6 ft 3, 245 lb probably my 5th cycle I'm running deca 300 a week and 600 test e a week I'm also on ozemic for diabetes I'm not able to do cardio due to back injuries but I'm able to lift pretty seriously so I've been gaining a lot but I'm putting on too much belly fat which I have a proclivity for I started out at about 16 to 18% and I'm now probably about 34% body fat I need a little help with my diet obviously I can't eat very well because of the Olympic but here's my meal plan basically

1 1/3 cup oats to scoops whey protein 60 G 30 G of egg whites per Shake

2 meat of some sort and broccoli with ranch

    3 same Shake as one

4 meet again with broccoli and Ranch Maybe a little brown rice or sweet potato

5 cheese maybe a little fruit nuts maybe some ice cream

In the past years I've eaten a lot more than this on a deca/ test diet and gain profusely without putting on belly fat but I feel that since I've gotten fat once I have a proclivity to gain in my belly or is it just the DECA in my diet maybe someone can help me out a little thanks I appreciate it

Meal 5 is the one that needs a hard look at. That phrase "maybe some ice cream" sounds like a dietary cop out.

Most people find it hard to eat on Ozempic... what is your current dose? You may need to nudge up to the next.

    Definitely.

OP, we have all been there. Clean up the diet and get the results you are looking for.

I was on 1 mg and I couldn't eat a damn thing hence big shakes twice a day I went down to half milligram and I'm able to force down some food few times a day but I'm somewhat sedentary other than lifting I can't do cardio

Why did they decide on Ozempic verses other diabetes medications like Metformin? Maybe ask your doctor switching over to Trulicity? It has fewer side-effects.

But anyways as far as your diet goes, the ranch dressing and the shakes aren't helping you lose weight. There are better ways to flavor your veggies.

I'm actually on Metformin and ozympic it's a lot better than daily insulin shot and it regulates me pretty well I just can't eat s*** I have to force it on 1 mg I will definitely ask about the trulicity thanks as far as my diet I know I'm cheating a lot but I'm cleaning it up now trying to be a little stricter towards the end of my cycle so I can clean up and lean up maybe. Also I'm trying to look at leaning up my shakes a bit they're a bit on the heavy side
