34 years old. Only do trt now except in summer I'll throw in 25 mg var to be 160 mg test dose. Got blood work before taking it and my rbc was crazy high. I'll attach below. Thought I was dehydrated so retook but nope still same. I just donated blood today.
Should I stop the var. I only took it for four days so far. Or now that I donated I should be ok? It seems superficial and stuff but I was really excited about the var since it's the only time I get to add stuff now a days and wanted to take it before our big trip this summer.
But obviously don't want to die
