    Tight nut sack

    Hey!

So my balls are really tight and high up.

This isn't something I had previously experienced.

I had been running 150mg a week with no problems at all. My balls were smaller, but everything was hanging loose.

I then decided to take hcg ( I was starting to date, and didn't want small balls ). I took this for 6 months and then finished up with it.

During this time I had started on a different batch of test cyp. Same dose, but a different batch number.

When I finished up the hcg, my balls went really tight. And they have stayed that way. This has been for the last 5 months.

I ordered some new test, and have been on that for a couple of weeks. I'm now taking 125, per week.

My nut sack is still small and tight.

This is to do with high E2?

I have an AI at home. I started that last week, half last Tuesday and then half this Saturday.

Should I keep going with this?

Any advice on what to do?

    Thanks!

I wouldn't attribute the atrophy to estrogen, discontinue the AI. Everything should normalize as you forget about testicle size and nature/gravity drops your sack - be thankful you're not experiencing nut pain.

    Hey!

Ok, but my sack has been tight for about 5 months or so.

Would 2 different batches of testosterone have different effects?

Because I had never had it before, only when I started on the new order.

I agree with what @956Vette posted and no, a different batch number of test shouldn't cause testicle issues provided it was either pharma or 3rd party tested UGL.

Don't jump on an AI just because you have it.

The first thing I would do if I were worried is order total T, free T, and sensitive E2 panels, go have your blood drawn and tests run, and then look at the results.

Same thing going on with me and just from this crappy low dose TRT gel BS. But lucky me... I am getting some very minor pain. Your good. It's normal. Ride it out. If it is a huge issue some guys used to run clomid during their cycle just to keep thee boys normal. Not needed at all and not something I would recommend.

Get bloodwork with testosterone assay and E2. Testicular atrophy is expected, and often severe with nandrolone bases (e.g. deca, tren) possibly mildly painful during atrophy phase. None of this really changes the "sack" much, since that is mostly temperature dependent. You of course can feel the reduced volume of the testicles after atrophy and can have the overall sack appear smaller. HCG should produce noticeable size gains within weeks, but reference bloodwork too.

Are you saying you are using testosterone gel on your testicles? I am not very familiar with it's application, but certainly atopic dermatitis or some local inflammation could be possible from using it, causing local edema; "tightness".
