Hey guys! I wanted to ask you posters about shoulder injuries, my left shoulder hurts just even when it's cold that is the main reason or whenever I do pressing movements (only dumbbells - doesnt hurt on smith machine or bench or anything else) and it just is more of an ache than a sharp pain. It's alot better if I warm it up with tons of sets of light laterals/front raises but am unsure what to do, anything I Can do to reduce this? I dont think its anything major but has been going on for a few months now about 3 now.. I feel a tightness on my top of trap as well as my higher upper back ontop of shoulder blade at times. Anyone know what could be wrong?
