I was benching last night at the gym doing my 3 sets of 12 reps on 140Kg and on my second set on my 8th rep something went pop on the way up. I have looked it up on and it seems to be on the pecoralis minor area, has anyone else suffered with this and can anyone shed any light? if i had torn it how painfull would it be as it is pretty sore.....
