Blocking DHT and gains

I'll admit I don't want to lose my hair like most guys here, and I'm not taking the clippers or gillette route.. I've been looking up natural products to block DHT and I'm wondering which type would have less effects on my gains on a cycle if any:

-Keeping dht from attaching to the receptors in the hair follicles.
-Reducing the production of DHT.
-Inhibiting the production of the enzyme 5 alpha reductase which converts testosterone into DHT.

Yes baldness does run in my family with old age lol.. But I don't want to speed up the process you know.

I have opted to give natural dht blockers a try first since i dont want the sides effect.. I will be trying saw palmetto 160mg 2x a day. And rub 100% emu oil on my scalp before bed, and see how that goes before trying what was mentioned above.
