    need help with worsening acne.

So here's the deal I have always had a couple pimple on my back or shoulders but nothing major. I run one cycle and my pimples and black heads went away. Now its about four months later and and I have serious acne and black head issues on my back chest and stomach and almost seems to ne getting worse. I shower twice a day after work then after the gym. Nuetragena body soap didn't help neither did proactive which did before my problem was this bad. With warmer weather approaching and me wanting to show off all the progress I made last year I'm wondering about vitamin b5 and other non expensive or just effective ways of dealing with this. Any suggestions would be great. Thanks.

Remeber that mickey? Op, BW can let you know where your estrogen stands and could explain acne. I have a terrible time, almost debilitating time with acne. Ive had it my whole life. Try mickeys suggested thread and opt for that. Accutane is always another option, but there are/can be consequences. I'm on it at the moment.

Coconut oil. I am finding it has amazing healing properties. A gal at gym swears by it. I mentioned I had a rash on elbow and that's when she turned me onto coconut oil. I applied to elbow and rash disappeared.

    I agree with this.

However, when acne begins to rear its ugly head, i immediately knock it back with my AI (increase) and it goes back into hiding. But if you've never had bloodwork and don't know where your baseline is, then yes it would definitely help to understand your E2, amongst other hormones.

Mickey I was gonna post the same link, that post has to be one of the most thourough well thought out multistep strategies I have ever seen.

PS spreading meds on cold skin I am sure is done so that when the skin warms and pores open they will suck in the meds into the pores ( OK physics 101, a difference in pressure between the pore and the atmosphere will cause the meds to be pushed into the pore. I know some physics weenie is going to tell me only hookers suck in physics we deal with pressure differentials)
