    Shoulder acne

Finished my test c cycle four weeks ago. After one week some shoulder, back, and chest acne. now three weeks later (two weeks into pct) my chest is clearing but my left shoulder is getting bad. So bad I don't want people to see. I'm gonna start Austins acne protocol and see what happens. This sh!t sucks bad.

Nuetrogena bar acne soap is the best thing ive found.. spent hundred on diff soaps. also before bed try applying a cream that has 8% sulfer as the active ingredient... it dries upoils while u sleep till u get a shower again. Pro-active has it as a blemmish control cream but only has 2%. 8% is the highest ive found, Adultacne care is the name. rite-aid drug store carries it.

Old thread, I know. But try changing your sheets/pillowcases at minimum once a week. I will also use a towel on my pillow. Haven't done a cycle but I am naturally prone to backne and this has helped. Hope this helps someone.
