    Overactive bladder beta-3 adrenergic agonist

Anyone have an overactive bladder and is prescribed any of these meds?
    Amibegron
    Mirabegron
    Solabegron

They are Beta-3 adrenergic receptor agonist. IMO,seems they would be way better than albu or clen ,since they directly target adipose tissue ,unlike clen and albuterol which do other things. Btw,I think I may have an overactive bladder since I pee every hour. For real though.

Doesn't work out in real life.
Pretty sure the beta-3 receptor it is only found in brown fat (besides the gallbladder and urinary bladder neck), which adults have inconsequential amounts of.

    Dear wellshii

If you have overactive bladder symptoms maybe you should exclude diabetes or a urinary tract infection before see a urologist and take a urodynamic test? These medications are muskarinreseptorantagonist that could work against the condition: darifenasin, oksybutynin, solifenasin, tolterodin and fesoterodin are all , but side effects are quite ofte dry mouth which could be annoying. It is also importent to strengthen the pelvic floor muscles.

Hope you figure it out, best of luck!
