cure for acne scars?

Anyone have any suggestions for acne scars? I managed to pick up some Accutane. I'm running it at a low dose, and the acne itself has nearly cleared, but I'm still left with scars. Most of them are red, and a few of them have a purple-ish color to them. Almost all of them are on my back, so it would be very hard to treat them with a cream of some kind (I'm single and live alone btw).

Is there an oral I can try?

Hmm...never thought about that. I'm not sure if you're being serious or sarcastic, so I have to ask, will that really work? Are there any other remedies for this? I would assume this isn't covered by insurance since it's more of a cosmetic ailment, so how much, roughly, would something like this cost?

careful with the accutane it can mess with you even years later, I would avoid it IMO.

as for scars, if they are fresh you will need to wait some years for them to go from pink/purple to mostly normal color before messing with them. IMO

I would guess your best option too. If you could apply a chemical peel (TCA) it can lighten
the scarring some.
