Noopept and a few other powders :)
Posted awhile ago in atominis thread on this and my results. This will act as my log this time with a real full run. Last time I dosed myself at 20mgs three times a day. I only ran this a few weeks. This time around I will be running the dose at 30mgs at three times a day for at least 3months.
Next on the list is pre workout supplements. I'm really tired of spending 30-40$ a month. It's a waste. So I went ahead and bought a few powder foams of my on pwo. Doses are as follows for now as I may increase.
Caffeine is 200-300mgs, three times a day
Beta alanine is 2grams, three times a day 8wks on then off
L-Arginine is 3grams, three times a day
B12 methyl cobalamin at 1000mcgs twice a week. Currently running 1000mcgs for a month then cutting back.
Next is the one and only fat burning stack. I've ran this for one month straight now with great results. I start a seven day break from it, then I will run again for 30days straight.
Chromium is 800mgs a day
Synephine is 25mgs a day
Egcg is 600mgs a day
Other supplements I take is basic.
Multi-vitamin twice a day
Fish oil, 2000-3000mgs per day depending on training.
That's it for now. I'll add later to this with my cycle plan/lay out.

My trail run was great! It increases Brian function like no other. Ability to think faster, remember much better, gets rid of all brain fog. It's a long list, amazing stuff.

Edit prices.
No I don't think it does. I'm not sure I only order from one place. Great quality. Costumer service impressed me on things very well.

Are there any noticeable increased in size or strength??

With noopept no. With my other stack yes I do see it. I'll know more in a week or two.

Noopept is starting to really show effects now. I'm waking up fully alert. Things around me are starting to sound louder at a lower volume as well.

Endurance and strength increased was noticed very much today. I did shoulders and traps. Was doing more weight then normal. Also noticed my left arm being stronger then my right arm. Normally it's the other way around. When I started cardio my heart rate was about 10beats higher then normal also.

Also forgot to say with noopept I've been running 30mgs only a day. I wanted to ramp up to 90mgs a day which starts tomorrow.

how is the 90mg working for you?

Very well. I'm waking up much easier now. Almost wide awake. I think I'm seeing/remembering things more. Will see though, only a few days into 90mgs a day now.
Rest of supplements are great. Increased strength, more endurance.

Why so much caffeine? It can be effective as a pre-workout and I sometimes use it in mine but 600-900mgs a day is overkill and your body will quickly develop a tolerance to it. The research I've seen for optimal caffeine supplementation is 3mg per kg of bodyweight pre-workout only.

I'd start at 10mgs times 3 a day. See how that works.

Strength gains going way up now. Yesterday I did back. My bend over rows increased 40lbs from just two weeks ago. Think I'm turning into Ivan drago.

Going great. 90mgs a day. I'm waking up fully alert. I seem to be able to focus more over all. I'm not sure if my short term memory has changed really yet for better and/or worst.

I've heard great things about this noopept stuff. however I am worried that a dependence develops. I hate to mess with neurotransmitters especially if endogenous production is hindered. I can't seem to find any literature on the subject though :/

You don't become dependent on it. You just stop. Then you start back on it as you see fit.

As much as I believe you, I can only take your opinion as one based on personal experience. You may be experiencing physiological dependence rather than psychological. That's what I'm worried about. I don't want some long term effects where my brain stops producing acetylcholine or something detrimental down the road. This is purely based on assumptions (which I'm trying to disprove, if I could only find literature on the subject) but I'm thinking of it as steroids for your brain... Think about what happens if you don't do proper PCT after a cycle...now translate that into the brain (yikes).

If you wouldn't mind sharing those studies with me, it would be appreciated.
I'm aware there isn't PCT but that could be due to the fact that these neurotransmitters that are affected by these "smart drugs" can't be easily quantified, since the brain tends to maintain it's own "ecosystem" of chemicals, a simple blood test would show up normal. Similar to the way depression can mainly be diagnosed behaviorally...You rarely hear of people getting diagnosed with depression because they have low counts of serotonin. Most doctors prescribe SSRI's for depression and judge its efficacy based on behavior using a bullshit "thoughts diary".
Given the inaccessibility to quantifying neurotransmitters in the brain, I'm EXTREMELY hesitant to try it.
Don't get me wrong though... the idea of drugs like noopept, piracetam, alpha brain etc, gives me a semi-chub. If my hesitations can be dampened by some scientific evidence I'll order a goddamn lifetime supply of the stuff.
