i am now done with my first m1t cycle and i notice alot of strength increase and hopefully i can keep most of it.

my bench has never been good but i am working on it. The others are some of my favorite exercises but most all exercises i did had a positive increase.
My measurments also went up and waist went down about an inch. I didnt check my bodyfat, but i look a little more ripped than before. This is some good stuff. Also, the only side effect was that i seemed more tired than usual thats about it.![]()
