your protein powder scoop

I use American Whey protein powder. The suggested serving size is 1oz. My last three tubs of protein have come with three different scoop sizes; 50cc, 70cc, and now 90cc. Which one should i use to get the most accurate serving size of 22g of protein @ 1oz. You all might want to check your protein scoops.
