For example: I bought some MSM powder a while ago. I bought it for my joints, and I also know that it helps with hair, skin and nail health. I think I have noticed some results, but its hard to tell.
My question is - If you slack off with taking a supp like MSM every day, and make it about once a week, can you still derive some benefit from taking it randomly?
It must depend on the supp, but I've been curious about this random usage with respect to other supps like B complex, and antioxidants.
