we all know that taurine has a cell volumizing effect on muscles and aids in creatine uptake and glucose usage..but does this mean that taurine has an insulin mimicking effect? if it does, am i not wise to take it along wih a pro/fat meal?

Supposidly it is supposed to have a insulin mimicking effect, I use it to help prevent cramping. I think it is working good so far, i take it when i wake up and with my PWO shake.
ya i also take upon awakening and with pwo..but is it wise to take it with a pro/fat meal i what i'm unsure of? bump!
