bro this is a case to case basis. the reason why people pyramid or ramp up, down is to asses their tolerance with clen. some people find it absolutely necessary to pyramid while others do no. my suggestion is to ramp up your doses and see how your body reacts, if you can handle the clen and it doesnt affect your body that much then you do not need to ramp down. its a case to case basis bro, whatever works for you.

They say to ramp down to avoid crashing once off the clen.... but if you are goign to take ECA in between and the sides aren't bothering you too much I would say staying at 100mcgs should be fine. I didn't ramp down and I have been off of Clen for 3 days now... I just started ECA again today and I feel fine. But see how you react to the sides first

I haven't started using clen yet. And i probably won't for another month, cuz im gonna use it with nolvadex and clomid for pct, to help stay away from catabolism and help burn fat.

Clen is pretty strong...I noticed effects after just 4 days. At a week I'd lost 4 lbs, and a total of 6 at the end of my two weeks. This was with very little cardio and a not-so-strict diet. During my next two weeks on I'll be doing my cardio 6 days a week and dieting...I can't wait to see the results.
