I just purchased 4-ad cyponate powder from bulk nutrition.com and I am confused on how to take it correctly. Obviously im using it in conjunction with m1t. Some say orally and some say to disolve it into the skin. Please help.

You could also dissolve the powder into an oil and inject it i believe...
get the transdermal one from bulknutrition.com its better
