Need help with abriviations
OK, in reading posts here I get lost when I see some abrivations like:
Ala or R-ala
ECA
EFA... I figure this might be effedria Not sure.
6oxo
NO2... Is this Nitrous Oxide? How would that help in muscle gain or fat loss?
This board doesn't have a search thing so I don't know how to go about finding info on these abriv.
A lil' help here for the slow guy, please?

Is PWO post work out drink/meal/snack?
What is PPWO? Post, post work out?
What is the time between the two?
I've heard you need something within 20 min to get your muscles some good sugars.
That brings up another question what is GI sugar?
And I've heard you need good food with in 2 hours of your work out, because that's when you are most likely to get the nutrition to where you want to grow (ie: the muscles you just worked out).

20mins? umm never herd that but you body is in a catabolic state after weight training so the ebst thing to do is replensih glycogen levels ASAP.
GI sugar is just a scale of reading the glycemic index of foods( carbs is what your concerned with) and how they effect you plasma levels and from there we can actually look at insulin too. but GI is glycemic index
yep get a solid meal in ASAP because your body is really in need of nutrients at that time, 2 hours would be the longest I would go.abstrack@protonmail.com
