Ephedrine and caffeine
I have been taking ephedrine and caffeine for the last 3 days. By the time I work out I am exuasted. Im tired have no energy or motivation. If I dont take the pills I am fine still a little tired but once I start working out im ok. I feel weeker in the gym as well and im not lifting what I usually lift. I took it before and felt the same way. I take one pill of ephedrine in the morning(before cardio and one around 12-2. I take 200 mcg of caffeine. Usually before I run to but today I took it at 2 and still feel tired. Anybody else have the same problems? Any suggestions? I am on a strict cutting diet for the last 2 months

How strict is your diet? I have felt like this before while on EC, but it was because my diet at the time was too strict - I was trying to do my cardio - sometimes 2 sessions a day, and my only source of carbs was my PWO shake. The EC helped me stay strict with this diet, but after a while I was tired.

It was also suggested to me that it could be a matter of tolerance. Or that after your HR speeding up, then slows "x" amount of time after, it's like your body is trying to recuperate....hence the tiredness.

Ya, I dont think its my diet that is making me so tired. The 2 weeks I was off I felt fine. I was still tired but not where it effected my w/o. I am going to drop the eph. and see if im still tired. I dont want to be feeling like **** before I go on my cruise Sunday.
