First off, you should eat at least 6 times a day in smaller portions. Eating only twice a day doesn't equate well with weight training. I usually take ECA about half an hour before I hit the gym and again around mid-day before meal three.
Yep, eat more frequently. I take ECA in the morning and then again at lunch.
thanks guys! bravo, my diet is certainly garbage, but what do your 6 meals consist of, if you don't mind me asking
The six meals should consist of equal amounts of protein and fat at each sitting and the carbs slightly higher in the first 3-4 meals as this is when your body metabolic rate is at its highest.
Take an ECA before you train or cardio
Billy, with my work and school schedule i train in the late evenings. will taking an ECA so close to my bedtime fuck up my sleep?
Liztic, I would not recommend you taking ECA before bed, probably not at least 5 hours before you go to bed. I have a good bulking diet and I sent it to Tobey and he approves. If you want it, send me a pm and I'll get it to you bro. If you are wanting a cutting diet, specify that so I can change the ratio's and send me your height/weight. Peace
