I like Muscle milk and ON's whey protein, its cheap and because of the aminogen and other digestive enzymes i dont get another bloating or stomach craps, and its the cheapest priced out there

Its really all about personal preference, personally I dont even take protien powder, I find I grow just as good, if not better, without it.
