    b12 ?'s

    hey guys can anyone tell me the benefits of b12 and if there is any side effects. i was thinking of injecting 1cc of it a day. i read somewhere on here that this helps ur appetite and metabolism and stuff. If anyone can contribute it would be cool. THANKS
