Ive been talking creatine on and off for the last three years. The way i would take it was i would load up for five days, then 5g after every work out.But now im reading threads that say loading up is BS, you dont need to. And to take 5g pre-workout then 5g post-workout. What is the ideal time to take creatine? Theres so many threads i cant get a straight answer. Thanx
