I have 2 questions. They are not really related but I just thought I would put both in the same thread instead of starting 2 different ones. Here it goes...
#1 I plan on doing cardio in the A.M. right after I wake up, should I take my ECA before I workout or just wait til I am done??
#2 I always heard/learned that drinking lots of water prevents water retention...but then I heard bodybuilders completely cut off all liquids like 3 days before a competition so they look more ripped...which is the correct method for someone just trying to cut up?? Drink tons of water or not?? Sorry it might be a stupid question.
