    questions about muscle cramps..

    when depleting water for a show, what is a better supplement to prevent cramping? and at what doses? how long should it be taken? potassium? calcium? or magnesium? please shed some light on this..tnx..

    potassium and taurine have always worked well for me

    ah well ill be taking 5g of taurine a day once i start my clen, which gives you pretty bad cramps. you can take taurine whenever you want throughout the day. for potassium, im taking 200mg before sleep on an empty stomach. 200mg is a pretty good amount to help fight cramps. take them until you dont have any more cramps. gl bro

    tnx bros...i plan on taking 500mg ED starting the last 3 days up till the show..tnx bros...appreciated much..

    i wanted to update my last post, i decided to take 500mg of potassium ED besides 200. want to reduce all chances of cramps ;]
