    Talking Protein

    Hi,

    I'm having trouble getting enuff protein inside me, the suppliment drink I have says it gives me 42.8gm per serve.

    I need to have 200gm per day of protein, but on my drink it says I can have it up to 2 times a day.

    Would it really matter if I was to have my drink 3 or 4 times per day?

    I guess it does not matter.
    I always have 200g of protein powder ( which is about 160g of protein) a day.

    10 Egg White =35grams of protein
    3 Yolks =8.8 grams of prot. + 15grams of fat
    this can be a breakfast.
    A can of tuna = 36 grams of prot.
    6oz. of turkey breast=48 grams of prot.
    6oz eye of round steak=48 grams of prot.
    that's 4 meals+2or 3 protein shakes will meet your protein requirement for the day. Don't forget some good complex carbs if you wanna get big and have some energy to hit the weights.

    It really doesn't matter how many shakes you take a day...Be sure to get at least 3 good solid meals in as well each day, 4 if you can...

    Base your protein intake on real food if you can and don,t rely on shakes
