creatine
actually i am going to start a new kind of creatine, but i need some advice. the new product satur 8 is out and i was thinking about that, but does anyone know about this product? or what are your opinions about kre-akalyn creatine?
-

satur 8 is a creatine and NO complex. IT is pretty decent. Kre Alkalyn is a buffered creatine, and works better for most than regular mono. CEE is the new gold standard creatine though,

what do you mean by NO Complex? Which one would you take. do you recommend a good plan for CEE.
here's how it breaks down. i've been trying the whole natural thing, but its just not working. i am 160, 5'7'' and 22 years old. i was going to take thribex for 4 weeks with a creatine (?), and i was going to supplement in L-Caritine and L-Arginine but i dont know exactly what times to take the two aminos. some people say that you need to take Arigine one hour before your workout and before you go to bed. any hints or help?

Ones I know with COAs and/or assays are B U L K nutrition, Trueprotein, VPX, BSN, and Dymatize. This is not saying others are not legit, these are just the ones I know have one or both.
