i forgot to mention that i train abs 5/6 days a week about 5 mins each moring,
2 sets of reverse crunchs
1st set - 20 reps
2nd set - 12 reps
2 sets regular crunchs
1st set - 20 reps
2nd set - 12 reps
4 sets right obliques
1st set - 20 reps
2nd set - 20 reps
3rd set - 12 reps
4th set - 12 reps
4 sets left obliques
1st set - 20 reps
2nd set - 20 reps
3rd set - 12 reps
4th set - 12 reps
