Biotin with R-ala?????

Can anyone explain why your body needs Biotin and also:

- What is the normal dose for Biotin?

- Do you need to take it WITH the R-ala? Or just take it whenever??

I've been taking R-ala for about 5 months or so and never took Biotin. Been doing some research and I guess I shoulda been takin it. Anyway..........Thanks Bro!!

it should be taken throughout the day, preferably with the r-ala.

which is why glucorell has 750mcg of biotin per 100mg of r-ala.

Biotin is a vitamin that helps with energy metabolism, fatty acid and nucleic acid synthesis. It is often depleted in individuals that minimize carbofydrates in their diet. The optimum daily allowance for adults is 400-800 mcg.

If you are taking r-ALA, take biotin at the same time.

600mg is what is reccomended.. obviously some people like to use more.. particularly those that tend to "cheat" more often

your right it is 4$ from dps for biotin but I rather save myself money than just pay for a name brand such a glucorell_r from the AF Store. I am sure the resluts are not the dramatically different if given a test
