    muscle milk

    I just got some muscle milk by cytosport. This is the best protien, imo, ever made, at least taste wise. It is extremly expenisive however.

    man, Im taking muscle milk it has around 700calories.
    I'll tell you what! its the best shake Ive eve taken ,ive seen some impressive resutls as far ar weight gain and lean muscle mass since I started using it.
