If I'm taking creatine, glutamine, 3 protein shakes a day, multi v, vit c, glucosamine, flax, and dextrose every day do I really need to take BCAA pills?
The reason I ask is because I'm trying to save money and my shakes have BCAA's in them. I am also taking glutamine. And the creatine I take has glutamine in it as well. So I think I'm getting enough aminos.
Do I need the BCAA pills too?
